Marriage licenses are by appointment only. Please contact the Douglas County Clerk’s office at 217-253-2411 and speak to our Vital Records Deputy or you may contact us by email at Vital Records email address. The Vital Records Deputy will assist you in scheduling your appointment and getting the appropriate paperwork completed.
